Are the Tropicana� products super cheap in your area?

Namely the chilled juices or all of the punches. I live around Houston and in the Walmarts that I've been to they've been a dollar or less. I was wondering if this was national or just in my area. And whatever the case, why? Is something wrong with the juice or is Walmart just overstocked? I'm curious as to why the juices are so cheap. Thanks.
