Who does Schwarzenegger think he is? Who gave him the right to cut welfare?

Cutting out Welfare money for Illegal Aliens SHOULD be done, and now!!! Californians paying taxes will applaud his decision! Welfare itself, all over the country, should be under strict scrutiny! How can the Government condone aperson to be on Welfare for years and years, AND pay for pregnancies AFTER the person registers for aid!? Where are these fathers? Why isn't Welfare looking for them? I understand we can't control WHAT a woman does in her private life, but there is such a thing as integrety and responsibility, which these women seem to ignore!!! People talk about Pro-life and Pro-choice, do they ever stop to think WHO is going to PAY for all these unwanted kids!? If these Pro-lifers HAD to pay MORE than they are already doing through their taxes, I think they would change their tune. This is NOT a GOP problem, the problem belongs to all of us! If births are not controlled, we will be heading for the Third World scenario - too many people, and not enough food.
