I have Mars in Libra - am I screwed?

You can see both sides of an issue, and that's a good thing. You're probably really good at team building and gaining a group consensus. One of the most successful production project managers I've ever met was a Mars in Libra...he was great at getting the group to buy into the most ambitious of plans, to get their full support. You don't have to make all the decisions in life...sometimes it's fine to let the group make a decision.
