What is the root of all fear...?

Fear is an illusion. It does not exist except in our minds. Fear is the absence of Love. Fear comes from the illusion when we feel the absence of Divine within us and in all other beings. Fear contracts, Love expands. Fear hoards, Love shares. Fear comes from expectation or hope of attaining something in the future and imagining not getting there. Fear comes from the illusion that there is not enough of everything for everybody. What you resist, persists. What you look at disappears. Fear is that. Fear does not exist in the present. It is always in the past or future, hence it exists only in the mind.
