Will Obama & Holder Mexico La Raza file lawsuits against this Kansas likely to crack down on illegals?

Brownback is a Catholic and is afraid of alienating Church leadership over millions of new Catholics coming into the country. He's also trying to pass himself off as a humanitarian moderate. He's not the guy to get this job done. Obama and Holder are less a threat to this, I think, then Brownback.
