I really like this boy a lot but...?

There is this boy that I like. Alot. But he doesn't know. And I'm not really in his 'social status' so its kind of hard to tell him because he is REALLY popular. and I'm not. And, on top of that, he is WAY older. I just turned 15 and he is almost 18. He flirts with me, and sometimes acts like he likes me, but I don't know. He is V very good looking, and very sweet and very kind, but he gets high sometimes. On pot. and he drinks alot. And I would never do that, but people (namely the parentals) dont want me around him at all. He isnt a bad person. not at all. and I care a lot about him. please help me!
