Wayward Jew returning to Judaism?

you have every excuse listed to stay away. if you would return,then really,why? a spiritual connection,you can have at home,just by reading the Torah,and the Talmud.fear of commitment to your people is what you face! you are chosen,as they are. to get over your hump,you must get over yourself and your lack of regard for your people. sorry if this answer stings,and i mean no disrespect,but the truth is never comfortable if it is given in the spirit of real love.
